Vă invităm să participați la webinarul „Metoda Tomatis din perspectiva Teoriei Polivagale”, susținut de Alina Georgescu, specialist certificat Tomatis Nivel 4, reprezintă o oportunitate unică de a descoperi legătura dintre procesarea auditivă, reglarea emoțională și sănătatea mentală.

Ce este metoda Tomatis?
Metoda Tomatis este o tehnică inovatoare de stimulare auditivă care sprijină dezvoltarea neuropsihologică prin antrenarea urechii și a creierului. Această metodă este utilizată cu succes în diverse domenii, inclusiv pentru:
- îmbunătățirea capacității de învățare,
- sprijinirea copiilor cu tulburări din spectrul autist,
- reducerea anxietății și dificultăților emoționale.

Webinarul va integra principiile Teoriei Polivagale, o abordare revoluționară care explică modul în care sistemul nervos autonom reglează răspunsurile noastre la stres și la mediu. Veți învăța cum urechea, ca poartă de acces spre creier, influențează reglarea emoțională și comportamentul copiilor, dar și cum metoda Tomatis poate susține echilibrul neurofiziologic.
