DGASPC Vrancea lansează campania ’Violența Frânge Aripi’

Direcția Generală de Asistență Socială și Protecția Copilului Vrancea, prin Serviciul de Intervenție în Regim de Urgență, în parteneriat cu Inspectoratul de Poliție Județean Vrancea prin Biroul Siguranță Școlară și Compartimentul Analiza și Prevenirea  Criminalității, lansează în perioada 5 – 30 iunie 2026 campania județeană de informare și sensibilizare a comunității „Violența Frânge Aripi”, dedicată prevenirii și combaterii tuturor formelor de violență asupra copiilor.

 

Campania este organizată în contextul marcării Zilei Împotriva Violenței asupra Copilului – 5 iunie și are ca obiectiv principal creșterea gradului de conștientizare a efectelor devastatoare pe care violența le produce asupra dezvoltării fizice, emoționale și sociale a copiilor, precum și promovarea unor modele educaționale bazate pe respect, empatie, dialog și nonviolență. Prin această inițiativă, instituțiile partenere își propun să contribuie la schimbarea mentalităților privind educația copilului, să încurajeze abandonarea practicilor coercitive și să promoveze responsabilitatea comunitară în protejarea celor mai vulnerabili membri ai societății.

 

Campanie stradală în municipiul Focșani

Lansarea oficială a campaniei va avea loc în data de 5 iunie 2026, în intervalul orar 10:00 – 12:00, prin desfășurarea unei campanii stradale în municipiul Focșani, în zone intens circulate, precum parcuri, piețe agroalimentare și unități de învățământ. În cadrul acțiunii, specialiștii DGASPC Vrancea și reprezentanții IPJ Vrancea vor distribui materiale informative, vor purta dialoguri educative cu cetățenii și vor promova numărul unic național 119, destinat semnalării cazurilor de abuz, neglijare, exploatare, trafic, consum de substanțe psihoactive sau alte situații care pun în pericol siguranța și dezvoltarea copilului.

 

Extinderea campaniei la nivelul întregului județ

În perioada 5 – 30 iunie 2026, campania va continua în toate unitățile administrativ-teritoriale din județul Vrancea prin intermediul întâlnirilor metodologice organizate cu asistenții sociali din cadrul SPAS, SPLAS și DAS, precum și prin distribuirea de materiale informative și activități de informare realizate de responsabilii zonali ai Serviciului de Intervenție în Regim de Urgență. Această abordare urmărește consolidarea rolului profesioniștilor din domeniul social în identificarea timpurie a situațiilor de risc și în promovarea unei culturi comunitare bazate pe protecția copilului și toleranță zero față de violență.

 

Violența asupra copilului – o problemă care privește întreaga comunitate

Violența împotriva copiilor poate îmbrăca forme diverse – fizică, emoțională, verbală, psihologică, sexuală sau prin neglijare – iar efectele sale se resimt pe termen lung, influențând sănătatea, dezvoltarea, integrarea socială și viitorul copiilor. Mulți copii aleg să tacă din teamă, rușine sau sentimentul de vinovăție, motiv pentru care implicarea adulților și a comunității este esențială. Fiecare cetățean poate contribui la protejarea unui copil prin observarea semnelor de abuz, prin sesizarea situațiilor de risc și prin promovarea unor relații bazate pe respect și siguranță.

 

Numărul 119 – o linie de sprijin pentru copii

Numărul unic național 119 este disponibil pentru raportarea situațiilor de abuz, neglijare, exploatare sau orice formă de violență asupra copilului. Apelarea acestui număr poate reprezenta primul pas către protejarea unui copil aflat în pericol și către intervenția rapidă a autorităților competente.  Prin campania „Violența Frânge Aripi”, DGASPC Vrancea și IPJ Vrancea transmit un mesaj clar: fiecare copil are dreptul să crească într-un mediu sigur, protector și lipsit de violență.

 

Mesajul campaniei este simplu și puternic: „Violența frânge aripi. Tu poți fi cel care le întinde din nou.”

Această campanie reprezintă o alianță între instituții, profesioniști și cetățeni, construită în jurul unui obiectiv comun: protejarea copilăriei. Prin informare, empatie și implicare, putem transforma comunitățile noastre în locuri mai sigure, mai responsabile și mai atente la nevoile copiilor. Curajul copilului de a vorbi trebuie întâlnit de responsabilitatea adultului de a asculta și de hotărârea comunității de a acționa.
